MAFIA plays our 2015 Superbowl party

This year we had our friends new funk band, Mafia, play in our garage, for our annual Superbowl party, and it was epic. We set up a car port tent in the driveway with some propain heaters and put the band in the garage. If you know how much stuff I keep in my garage, you'll know it was no small task clearing it out for the band to fit.

MAFIA (Middle-Aged Funk in Abington) is an all original funk band from the Elkins Park, Abington, PA area. The band members are: Matt Meyer (Vocals), John Amons (Guitar), Jimmy Hartman (Bass), Damien Ostrowski (Drums), and Mike Murphy (Percussion).

Although Mafia is an original funk band, they have an amazing selection of cover tunes that span funk, blues, rock & disco. They cover some of my favorite musicians like Lenny Kravitz, Cake & Stevie Ray Vaghan.
